Shirts

Please note: Measurements are based on product measurements and not body measurements.

How to Measure a Mens Shirt

  1. Shoulder Width- Lay the shirt flat on a surface.- Measure from the seam at the tip of one shoulder to the seam at the tip of the other shoulder.

  2. 1/2 Chest- Button up the shirt and lay it flat.- Measure across the front of the shirt, from one armpit seam to the other.- This is a ½ measurement, meaning the full chest circumference would be double this number.

  3. 1/2 Waist- Lay the shirt flat and measure across the narrowest part of the torso, typically at the waistline.- Like the chest measurement, this is a 1/2 measurement, so the full waist circumference would be double this value.

  4. Front Length- Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (where the collar meets the shoulder seam) straight down to the bottom hem.

  5. Sleeve Length- Measure from the top of the shoulder seam down to the bottom of the cuff where the shirt meets your wrist bone.

Suit Jackets

  3. Body Length- Measure from the highest shoulder point (where the shoulder meets the collar) straight down to the bottom hem of the jacket.

  4. Sleeve Length- Measure from the shoulder seam (where the sleeve attaches to the body) down to the sleeve's end.- Follow the curve of the sleeve for an accurate measurement.
